Workout summary: I'm here! And just posting right before midnight. I worked out from about 5:30-6:40 tonight. Yes, it took me an hour and ten minutes to burn 500 calories on my bike. Ummm... I haven't worked out that long... maybe ever?? But, it wasn't too bad. I watched an episode of "True Blood" on my laptop nearby while biking, and that helped a ton.
Notes: Need to get more one-hour shows to watch during workouts. And I need to up my intensity and/or speed if I want to workout in an hour or less on school days. Can't wait for my Polar watch to get here.
Worst part? Once I got to 400 calories, I wanted to run for the hills. But, like Cassandra, I kept going for the sake of the blog!
How am I feeling? Now my legs are very sore. But I did it, and that's the important thing.
