Cassandra, I'm with you. Today sucked. I got maybe 4.5 hours of asleep last night (I guess I won't be working out from 8:30 to 9:30 anymore) and I have to be somewhere at 8 tonight. I didn't want to work out, it sucked, and I'm sore and more tired.

ReplyDeleteWell good for you for doing it anyway! Today was definitely one of those days where I thought about breaking the chain and justifying it somehow. But then I'd feel like a super huge loser. Hopefully, tomorrow will be better for all of us! :)
