weekly weigh in: tyly.

Weight: 165.2 lbs                            Weight: 161.6 lbs
Body Fat: 31.3 %                             Body Fat: 29.7 %
Muscle Mass: 49.6 %                     Muscle Mass: 47.3 %
Bone Mass: 8.3 %                           Bone Mass: 8.1 %
Body Water: 46.3 %                       Body Water: 47.5 %

I don't really get how my muscle mass went down when I have been using my muscles more. And my bones weigh less?  Lol.  Those aren't the numbers I'm concerned with anyway!  It makes sense (and is a good thing!) that my water went up.  I have been drinking waaay more water!  

The main ones I'm concerned with are the weight and body fat, and both of those went down!!  Week 1 was a victory for me!

  4. When I weighed myself the first time I was dealing with the dreaded pre-period bloat. Also, my eating has dramatically changed (because it needed to - I was HORRIBLE), and I have been drinking TONS of water. I know it's mostly pre-period bloat and water weight lost, not fat. I won't see a loss like that again! I'm betting from now on it will be a pound or so a week. If I get lucky, maybe 2, but that won't be often.
