Here's a great article about tips for burning calories and a general breakdown of activities and their corresponding calorie counts. Lots of other cool stuff there, too. Enjoy! 

P.S. I enjoyed a plateful of pancakes for breakfast and I plan on eating Chicken Parmesan for dinner. Every last morsel of it. Tomorrow's go time!
