P.S. I've also decided that I am going to take my measurements/stats (probably tomorrow) and then NOT weigh or measure myself again until the 30 days are up.

I think that it's a really good idea to just take measurements at the very beginning and then stay off of scales and away from tape measures until you have finished because your weight will fluctuate during that time period. I know that can be discouraging, which you probably do to, since you've most likely already completed this experiment.
