Day 2 (Meredith)

Oh.My.Gosh. I am so wiped out right now. I just finished the workout and am heading for the shower. That was not easy! I watched TV ("I Now Pronounce you Chuck and Larry"-kind of dumb) and kept an eye on my watch the entire time. Once I hit 400 calories, I was so done! But, I kept on going....

I really like the Polar HRM. It tells you when you are working outside of your target heart rate. I can only imagine how many times in the past that I haven't worked out hard enough or have killed myself working out too hard. I'll have to do some research, but I know that working within your target heart rate is important.

Anyway, here's to a great Day 2! You guys can do it. :)

  1. You're doing great! Already done with day 2-wow! I cant wait for my Polar watch to arrive. I really have no idea how accurate the calorie counter on my bike is. But I bet yours was right in saying you burned 184 calories that second time. You had a rest, so you were probably going stronger. Splitting into two sounds perfectly non-cheating to me! As long as you're getting the 500 in daily, it's not cheating.
