half marathon training: week 3: tyly.
I decided to get my run in before church. I'm all about getting it out of the way in the morning. I wanted to run outside today, but unfortunately I waited a little too long. I started at 8:45, and it was a little hotter than I would have liked, but I pushed on through. Because I was outside, I was much faster than I have been lately. I was scheduled for a 2.5 mile run, but since my mileage total as of yesterday was 17.95, I decided to run 2.55 miles to make it an even number. I'm weird like that. Stats: 2.55 miles, 28:06. See? Much better. Yesterday was 2.50 miles in 30:30.
