half marathon training: week 2: tyly.
Today was strength. I did several sets of different arm exercises with 10 pound weights, and I did several different crunches. I also did push ups. It was an easy day, but I know my body needs one of those every now and then. Bring on the 5 am run tomorrow! I'll decide whether to do it inside or outside in the morning.
