I'm upping my workouts a bit because I feel like I've hit a plateau. Also, I have almost exactly a month before husband comes home and I wanna look smokin' -- so my workouts will be in over-drive from here on out.
20 minute walk with Texas = about 200 calories burned
Shred = about 250 ish
Total = 489 calories in 52 minutes
The best thing about burning more calories is that you get to eat more, too! ;)
