30 day shred, day 23: tyly.

Only 1 week away from being done!  Next Monday will be my last Shred workout!

I'm so glad I did this.

  2. I know what I weighed when I first started, so I'm hoping to see a difference in the end. Although I ate waaaay too much this weekend (seriously -- it was ridiculous), so I kind of hurt myself with that. We'll see! I'll let you guys know!
