day 59/shred #20: cassandra

Level 2 is over! Thank goodness!!!!!

I had to modify all the plank exercises. While I was working out, my back didn't hurt...but right now (night night time), it is KILLING ME! I might need to go see the chiropractor on Monday.

After the Shred, I walked Texas.

Total calories burned = 406.

I want to keep up the workouts, of course - I just hope this back gets better!!! Stupid planks.

Here's to Level 3!!! Almost done, y'all!
