day 47/shred #8: cassandra

Alright, I gotta admit that I'm getting kind of bored of Level 1. But alas...only two more times and then I can move on to Level 2.

Level 1 is almost easy now. The natural progression in stamina and strength with this program is amazing. That's probably not a coincidence, huh?
