day 57/shred #18: cassandra

This is from yesterday's workout.

Like I said before, I am amping up the workouts. I tried to sweat out as much of the weekend crap as I possibly could yesterday.

15 minutes treadmill and 15 minutes elliptical = 266 calories
Shred = 211 calories

Still ready for Level 2 to be over.
