day 18 and day 19: emily

It's been a super busy week and I haven't had time to update.

I did these two workouts (bike and cardio) and I plan to do one today. I've done nothing but eat and drink crap this weekend, and it's been great! I plan to do more today for the Super Bowl. :)

I'm thinking that after the 30 days, I'll keep going, but at 300 calories a time. We'll see, but there are many days when I just don't have the time to do 500 but I think I could knock out 300 easily. And since I read that burning 300 in a workout is good for weight loss, I think that's still a good number.
