That's right, folks. ONE WHOLE POUND. That makes me very happy. :)
I am limiting my calories (so not fun) but I think it's working!!!!
I've been using sparkpeople.com to find out how many calories I should eat a day in accordance to how many calories I burn a week. Right now it's set up for burning 500 calories 4 days a week. And for my weight and height and blah blah blah, I need to eat NO MORE than 1680 a day. I've been doing this for the past three days and weighted myself this morning. One pound lost!!
My"short term goal" is to get to 150. Two more pounds to go and then I'll set another baby goal. I think this is the only thing that's going to work.
Yay for tiny, tiny, tiny victories.
