day 35: kelly

Workout:
Another 'Plethora' workout at the gym-
10 minute elliptical
8 lb. bar curls and triceps
Ab work
15 minutes jog on treadmill
1/4 mile on indoor track

510 calories
44 minutes

I feel:
Sore in a good way. It was tough getting myself to the gym today, but I DID IT and I feel good about it. And therefore, I ate a couple chocolate chip cookies. :) They were delicious.
