Finally, I got my arse off the couch again. It was about time. I'm tellin' ya, without helpers keeping me accountable on this blog, I really struggle to be motivated and disciplined. REALLY struggle. I'm glad there are some still hangin' in there for the 30 day mark though! Go us! :)
Plethora Workout:
Weight training at the gym
0.85 miles jogging on treadmill (10 minutes)
Weight machine for leg presses, lat pulls, bicep curls, presses, etc.
8 minutes on the elliptical
Ab work
49 minutes

I just did not want to go work out these past 4 days or so. So, I didn't. One excuse was Valentine's Day, but that's the only one that actually made a little sense. I also ate a lot of Dove chocolates that my fabulous husband just HAD to get me for V-day! Thanks a lot for the temptation, hon! :) They were delicious...all 10 of 'em! :)
It felt good to workout today. My muscles are like spaghetti and I feel 'stronger'. I really do like that feeling. If only that thought was enough to drag me to the gym everyday. But, it's not. Let's hang in there!
