completely discouraged: emily

I caved early and weighed myself tonight. Have. not. lost. one. pound. Of course I didn't stick to the plan. I have never stuck to any exercise plan, and I am so mad at myself for that.

I'm feeling so frustrated. I still hate looking at pictures of myself. I still hate that I'm not the size in pants that I was a few years ago. And I still hate that I had a great chance to really do something about it and I was super lazy about it. :(

  1. Weigh yourself in the morning after you pee, totally naked. That might make a difference. I never weigh at night since I have all that food and water in my tummy.

    Don't be discouraged. We're all in this together!!
