day 26: emily

I realize this is not 500 calories, but on my Couch to 5K days, I probably won't burn 500. I want to stick to the plan, and the plan says to do this workout only for the "on" days 3 times a week. I'm going to do the bike on my off days.

My run/walk today felt great! It was about 60 degrees out and I ran around the track at the nearby school. There was only one other person on the track and she was walking her dog (NOT what the track is for but whatever).

The key today was working out as soon as I got home. I didn't allow myself to get too comfortable and find excuses not to work out.
