day 17: tyly.

"No Whining" boot camp class

I Feel:
So proud of myself for going, because I really didn't want to!  The class has never been easy, but man, it was crazzzzy hard this time!  Just to give you an idea, we normally start off with jogging anywhere from 5-7 laps around the track... today we started with jogging 13!!!  And that was just the warm up!!!  It was the toughest class so far, and I'm really glad I forced myself to go!!
