day 16: tyly.

Workout Summary:
Another 3 miles outside with Max.  I think he hates me now.

Calories Burned:
520

I Feel:
Pretty good.  I need to start running more.  There's a 5K on March 1st, but I don't think I'm going it, because he's doing it.  I don't want the drama of seeing him.  It will do me no good, and I have a feeling it will set me back on the road to recovery.

  1. Nooo! Skip that one! I don't know about in your area, but there are 5Ks around Austin all the time so another one will come around soon.

    How are you measuring how many miles you are running and how long does it take you to run 3 miles?

  3. I use my Nike+ to measure the distances, and I am slow, slow, slow. It takes me a good 35+ minutes to run 3 miles. I'm no balla! :-)

    The 5K is part of a race series here. There's a different 5K every month. My goal at the start of the year was to participate in every one, but he's ruined that for me. It makes me so mad... I feel like I shouldn't let him take this from me and should run it anyway, but I know in the long run, I will be the one that gets hurt if I see him.
