Still doing my interval bike workouts. Doing 500 cals in about 50 minutes.
I've been sick with a cold the past few days (dang sicknesses at school) so working out has not been easy.
What's everyone planning on doing after day 30? I know we discussed going on, but is everyone still going to do 500 calories a day and blogging daily?

I personally plan on sticking to blogging and 500. I hope others decide to too, because it really does keep me accountable. And obviously I'm not good at doing this stuff on my own, or I wouldn't be here. I need you guys! What's your plan?
