Leg presses, lat pulls, bicep curls, military press, ab work, etc.

I totally wasn't very motivated for today's workout, but I pushed through it and made it happen. I'm always so much more satisfied with myself after I just force the workout clothes on, get in the car, go to the gym, and get it over with. I will admit it was rather rough to push my way to 500 though. I thought it couldn't come fast enough!
