I found a bike workout online that I am really liking. It has you biking at intervals, so it keeps things interesting. It goes by RPMs, which is something I wasn't even looking at before. At three points in the workout, I'm going 100 RPMS, which feels like a lot!!
It took about 45 minutes and I feel really tired now.
Nine more workouts until the end of 30!
