Crossfit WOD plus a half-mile sprint/jog = 223 calories burned*
*Crossfit is anaerobic and works your muscles big-time, so I'm pretty sure I burned more than what the watch accounted for and will probably burn more throughout the day as my poor legs recuperate!
Here's the workout: (I subbed the pull-ups for push-ups because I'm weak!)

That's 600 feet of walking lunges! WOW...my legs are like Jell-O but I'm glad to be back!
