day 73: cassandra

Oy...

Ugh...

Groan...

Grunt...

I did it. First day back after a while. Oh my. I am wasted!

I did my 300 calories of cardio, combining the arc trainer with the treadmill and stair master and then went into the weight room to do my "push exercises" (chest press, shoulder press, and tricep extensions). I worked HARD and boy, am I feeling it!

Total of 452 calories in about 45 minutes.

Can I go to bed now?
