I'll admit I was being a show-off yesterday and was able to burn way more calories than today. I was tired the whole time today and my calves are doing that weird thing that they were doing at the beginning of the year. Needless to say, the jumping jacks/jump rope was KILLING ME!
I wasn't sore at all yesterday, but I woke up this morning with soreness in my shoulders and pecs. It's a good thing - those muscles hardly ever get worked on.
The best thing about these workouts is that they are over in no time. Let's stick with it!
That's what I love about them, too! No matter what point you're at, you can always tell yourself, "It's almost over!!!"
